Marica is planning to teach a Quilt Class at the March 25th Sit and Sew starting at 9am to 4pm (ALL Day Class) 

If you are taking the class, here is a list of fabric that you will need and times.

The class starts at....9:00 am
Lunch is at.....12:00-1:00
Class finishes up from...1:00-4:00

The guild meeting will be at 7:00 pm

Fabric needed for the Easy to Sew Quilt

Finished Quilt 52” X 52” Square or 40” X 63” Rectangular Quilt*

*After you learn the construction method you can make this quilt any size!

Focus Fabric (Multi-colored patterned fabric works best. Example—Flowers, stars, or novelty etc...)

1/2 yard

Border Fabrics in the quilt (pick out colors of the focus fabric, but

reads solid or texture looking)

1/3 yard of a light fabric

1/2 yard of a medium fabric

2/3 yard of a dark fabric

2/3 yard of a dark fabric

Border Fabric for the outside border of the quilt AND the binding fabric (reads solid or texture looking)

Any ruler will do and you can pre-wash fabrics if that's what you do.

Also this pattern is for a smaller quilt so if you want a larger quilt you'll need to have more fabric for each color.
